I have been feeling lately like I felt when I got into grad school and I couldn't imagine leaving Warsaw yet couldn't imagine staying. How much does it suck not to have progressed at all in the last 12 years.
Perhaps you made a 360 progress. :) If I were in your shoes, I would leave and frequently visit Warsaw. In my books, it's better to over-do than under-do.
