I've got to really wonder about my commitment to this job since the main advantage of it, that I see, is the opportunity to take other jobs while having it.

Maybe loyalty isn't the best key to making life decisions.

What really sucks is giving negative feedback when there is no opportunity for improvement. Which is why, I guess, it is easier to purport that there is always opportunity for improvement. Or is that just a weak balm for the feedback giver's conscience.

I don't have much to complain about vis-a-vis how my life has turned out, but timing has always been a problem. Timing timing timing. Bad timing.
